COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES

HOTEL / VILLA / YACHTS / PRIVATE AVIATION

These bookings are complimentary as we get paid commission by the supplier after the client’s trip is complete.

Mapps hotel bookings receive the following:

  • Best available rate.

  • Preferred Partner amenities, i.e complimentary daily breakfast, food / beverage credits, priority upgrade status and a personalized welcome amenity.

  • We work exclusively with five-star hotels, resorts, villas and safari camps.

  • We do not book with points.

  • We have trusted relationships with companies whose portfolio represents vetted private planes, helicopters, residences and various size boat charters around the globe.

FEE BASED SERVICES

COMMERCIAL FLIGHT RESERVATIONS

We know the planes, the routes, seats to avoid and have VIP fast track services at every major international airport.

  • We charge a $50 booking fee, per round-trip ticket.

  • We provide 24/7 domestic and international flight.

  • We do not book with miles or points.

TRAVEL PLANNING

We curate tailor-made itineraries, mapping out every aspect of the trip based upon your personal style of travel /budget.

Our personalized itineraries include where applicable:

  • Accommodations

  • Transfers

  • Dining Reservations

  • Spa Reservations

  • Private Tours / Activities / Exclusive Experiences

  • Tickets- Museum / Concerts / Sporting Events / Theater

Our planning and revision fees vary based upon the scope of the work.

The planning fee ranges from $250.00 -$500.00 and includes two rounds of revisions.

Any additional changes once the itinerary is complete will cost between $75.00 and 150.00 each.
